I had been looking forward to Georgia and Emilio’s wedding ever since their first enquiry, as it was taking place in one of my favourite parts of the country: Dorset, at a stunning country venue that had a Mediterranean feel. The couple were friends of a previous client, which is always the best sort of enquiry, so I didn’t hesitate taking the booking.
My life is made a lot easier when bridal preperations take place in a bright airy enviroment as it allows for much more flattering footage, and this venue had this in abundance. Emilio was also getting ready onsite, allowing us to take footage of his morning preperations to.
The weather was perfect for the outside ceremony, which took place in front of the stunning country house, surrounded by close family and friends.
The views of the country side from the back of the house were stunning and a great backdrop for both couple shots alongside the photographer and the afternoon drinks reception.
Emilio gave a funny and touching speech, which is the main thread of the film, as well as some readings from friends.
The couple stayed on the dance floor well after the first dance, and just a flavour of that can be seen at the beginning and end of the film.
